We’re looking for someone hyped about design and building beautiful consumer products.

Hey, Product Designers out there!

We’re team Earthr: a design and no-code studio working on creating meaningful and dynamic digital solutions for our partners around the globe. We also work as a team on our own products as well; which is sometimes even more fun. We’re a team that seeks constant improvement and we like to keep ourselves updated with the latest technologies so if you’re a little tech-savvy would make you happier working with us.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our small team; designing web and mobile consumer products. You will work hand-in-hand and interact with other designers, developers, project managers and testers responsible for the other aspects of building the products, and of course with everyone else in the team!


Requirements

  • An online portfolio demonstrating strong creative skills and relevant web and mobile projects.
  • 3+ years of experience designing consumer products.
  • Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred.
  • Comfortable with creating lots of visual design variations for testing, and measuring.
  • Good understanding of design thinking and iterative design process.
  • Proficiency in relevant industry-standard applications, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Notion, Slack and being open to learning new tools if needed.
  • Good understanding of color science and combinations.
  • Artistic and innovative flair.
  • The ability to clearly communicate and present your design ideas.

Qualifications

  • Transform low-fidelity/high-fidelity wireframes into user interfaces by designing screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, micro-interactions, and icons.
  • Understand and work with the limits of functional requirements, interaction behavior, and other design considerations iteratively throughout new product and feature design phases resulting in complete and comprehensive designs.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Effectively working with and participating as a contributor to a multi-disciplinary team that includes UX Designers, Project Managers, Developers, and testers.
  • Identifying new product improvement opportunities based on user feedback and insights from internal teams.
  • Following new design trends, staying current in your field, and improving yourself for staying ahead of the curve in this competitive market.

iOS Developer

We’re looking for someone who loves mobile app development, and working with a small and chill team.

We also work as a team on our own products as well; which is sometimes even more fun. We’re a team that seeks constant improvement and we like to keep ourselves updated with the latest technologies so if you’re a little tech-savvy would make you happier working with us.

We’re looking for a Swift Developer to join our small team; developing a suite of iOS apps that are an important component in the next generation of mobile communication products. You will work hand-in-hand and interact with other app developers, designers, project managers and other developers responsible for the web version of the products and the server-side infrastructure that supports the user-facing components, and of course with everyone else in the team, we love our chit chats :)

Ideally, you have experience developing apps for iOS and have at least one app in the app store. Are able to work individually or as part of a team, and are eager to gain a greater depth and experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Swift
  • The ability to work collaboratively and explain complex ideas clearly
  • High standards for quality and attention to detail
  • The desire to learn and grow, keeping pace with cutting edge technologies
  • Experience with at least one of the following:
  • Native or web app development
  • Framework and API development
  • Graphics and animation systems
